Day. A twenty-four hour-long unit of time commencing at 00:00:01 a.m., and ending at <br />23:59:59 p.m. <br />B. Inmate Classifications shall be pursuant to the Kittitas County Jail Objective Jail Inmate <br />Classification which is modeled after the National Institute of Corrections Jail Classification. <br />i) "Minimum" classification shall apply to those inmates who present a low risk <br />to staff and the community. <br />Interlocal Agreement for Housing of Inmates <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
