k. Community Outreach/Information and Education <br />(1) Efforts to connect with communities and schools across the county are <br />expected to start and grow the School -to -Work program. It is expected <br />that these efforts shall be the primary focus and/or part of the established <br />or new staff. <br />(2) Invoicing/Billing: Contractor shall submit billable hours for staff following <br />guidelines in Section <br />3.a.(3) Staff and billable mileage following guidelines in Section 3.c.(2) <br />Transportation. <br />Data Collection and Reporting <br />(1) The Contractor shall work with DVR to determine the information and data <br />gathered to show the progress being made with School -to -Work efforts, <br />including but not limited to; sharing data regarding Customers' progress in <br />the School -to -Work program, Customers' progress towards employment, <br />and reasons why potential Customers choose not to participate in the <br />School -to- Work program. <br />(2) Invoicing/Billing: Contractor shall submit billable hours for staff time <br />following guidelines in Section 3.a.(3) Staff. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 <br />
