EXHIBIT ''A'' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The KCHN shall perform the following <br />Training to increase job related skills and knowledge in the provision of services to <br />people with developmental disabilities:. Review and familiarize with most recent DDA Caseload and Cost Report. <br />. Review and familiarize with educational handouts via DDA and Informing <br />Families <br />. Attend relevant community meetings such as Early lntervention Network, meet <br />with partner agencies, and attend relevant conferences. <br />Community lnformation and Education to inform and educate the public about <br />developmental disabilities and related services: <br />. Work with partner agencies to increase awareness of DDA and related services <br />that are available. <br />. Work directly with families who may qualify for DDA and related services and <br />provide technical assistance, as needed. <br />. Distribute information within Kittitas County via flyer, outreach materials, social <br />media, etcetera to provide understandable education to individuals and families <br />about services. <br />.
