EXHIBIT ''B'' <br />GOMPENSATION <br />Pursuant to the terms of this Professional Services Agreement, Contractor shall provide <br />services and receive compensation as identified below. <br />Compensation will be from September I,2024, to December 3L,2025 <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the wor( the County shall pay Contractor compensation <br />is estimated at S301,200.00 <br />St7I,2OO will be paid in L5 monthly increments of $10,700 beginning September t,2024, and continuing <br />each month, ending December 3L,2025. <br />$30,OOO shall be due on or before December 3t,2024, for work on the BEAD Grant Application process. <br />520,000 per BEAD application the county participates in will be due upon BEAD project area applications <br />being turned into WSBO. JRP willfurther support these applications through contract execution with NTIA <br />approval. <br />It is estimated Kittitas County will have four or five possible project area applications. <br />All reasonable travel expenses incurred related to project services will be reimbursed at cost upon <br />approval by Kittitas County.
