EXHIBIT "B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation is $133,000, paid to Rec Center as reimbursement for project costs upon receipt of <br />invoice to the County for same, including backup documentation to substantiate Rec Center's <br />payments for fees and professional services. <br />Both Rec Center and Architect shall provide IRS W-9 Form prior to County's release of contracted <br />award payment(s).
