1?04.1o.o5n Submittal Procedure. <br /> Plans for proposed road and drainage construction shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works as follows: <br /> A. The first submittal shall consist of two complete sets of preliminary civil a e�onThe plansring , <br /> along with drainage calculations,and other reports and supporting <br /> shall be submitted at Plat application.The submittal shall consist of conceptual design <br /> level plans,profiles,roadway cross section,stormwater plan as required by KCC 12.04 <br /> Article V.utilities plan,and signage and striping plan. <br /> B. if corrections are required,the Count will return ineer dLined print shall etum the winred ned print,a <br /> ry <br /> corrections within 30 days.The apP <br /> response letter identifying and documenting howthe comments were addressed,and the <br /> corrected plans with the changes highlighted. <br /> C. The second submittal shall consist of two complete sets of final civil engineering plans,and <br /> revisions completed per previous County comments.This submittal shall also include: <br /> final grading plans and profile plans,final stormwater plan,documents tion ck as stormwater <br /> details. <br /> temporary <br /> erosion and sediment control plan,and any supporting <br /> calculations,geotechnical reports,environmental studies and transportation impact <br /> analysis.The plans shall be signed and stamped by the developer's engineer.The <br /> developer's engineer must be 8 civil engineer licensed in the State fees, hen adopted and applicable,shall be pad by the developer before review of theew <br /> plans bythe County commences. <br /> D. if corrections are required,the Countywill return a redlined print showing necessary <br /> corrections within 30 days.The applicant's engineer shall return the redllned print,a <br /> response letter identifying and documenting how the comments were addressed,and the <br /> corrected plans with the changes highlighted. <br /> E. This <br /> hall also contain two complet additionalsets of plans and others pP Ong documents <br /> and Information,if corrected. <br /> F. When all corrections have been made the County er'neees satisfaction,the final s d submitted. Onty one copy iss <br /> shall be stamped and signed by the applicant's engine <br /> required. once approved a copy of the approved set will be returned to the applicant. <br /> G. The final submMel shall include the following: <br /> 1. a good quality reproducible medium with the engineer's registration stamp and <br /> signature, <br /> 2. one complete set of other supporting documentation, <br /> 3, a quantity take-off and certified engineer's cost estimate when the project is to be <br /> secured by a performance guarantee.See KCC 12.01.090. <br /> 4. and electronic files in pdfformat of the entire submittal package. <br />
