Annexation <br /> Community Development Services proposes to update its zoning map to reflect approved annexations <br /> that have been passed by the City of Ellensburg in 2024.Additionally the land use tables in the County's <br /> Comp Plan will be updated to reflect these annexations. <br /> Through Ord 4941 parcels 166133, 118133, 118836, 278836, 108836,288133,850836,278133,919333, <br /> and 639333 were annexed into the City of Ellensburg on May 6,2024. These parcels were given a zoning <br /> designation of Light Industrial.The annexation request was made by the property owners, using the <br /> direct petition method of RCW 35A.14.120.The parcels are located on the south side of Dolarway road. <br /> Before After <br />
