C <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> Courthouse RM 201, ELLENSBURG <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> TUESDAY 6:00 PM <br /> September 10, 2024 <br /> Board members present: Michael Lundin, Joseph Pearson, Warren <br /> Taylor, and Pat Deneen. <br /> Not Present: Bruce Coe and Scott Carlson. <br /> Others: Chad Bala, Jamey Ayling, Cameron Curtis, Josh <br /> Fredrickson, Bradley Gasawski, Zach Torrance-Smith, Chace <br /> Pedersen, Bryan Elliot, and Jessica Miller and two (2) members <br /> Of the public. <br /> Meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> CITIZEN CommENTS (1 min. time limit) <br /> There were no citizen comments. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER 2024 ANNUAL DOCKET OF COMPREHENSIVE <br /> PLAN AND DA;'VELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENTS <br /> CDS DIRECTOR CHAD BALA and PLANNING MANAGER JAMEY AYLING <br /> provided a presentation regarding the 2024 Annual Docket <br /> process . DIRECTOR BALA stated that the SEPA Determination of <br /> Non-Significance was completed and has been provided tonight. <br /> Docket Item 2024-01 - Annual Comprehensive Plan Application <br /> Docket Deadline Date Changed from June 30th to March 30th of every <br /> year. This item was proposed by CDS staff. CDS DIRECTOR CHAD <br /> BALA presented. A comparison table of other jurisdiction's <br /> annual docket application submittal dates was provided. This <br /> would allow for more time for processing the annual docket, <br /> issue state notices, issue SEPA, and scheduling public hearing <br /> requirements. CDS Staff recommends approval of this item as <br /> presented. Public comments were received by the Confederated <br /> Tribes of the Colville Reservation and Kittitas County Public <br /> Works. <br /> VICE-CHAIR LUNDIN opened public comment discussion.
