The non-project proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan and the Kittitas County Code area <br /> applicable to all areas of Kittitas County. Animals h <br /> a. List any birds and other animals which have been observed on or near the site or are known to be on <br /> or near the site. R@!PJ <br /> There are a wide range of birds and other animals in the county including:hawks,eagles,herons, <br /> shorebirds,and many others.Mammals may include:deer,ells,beaver,bear and others.Fish include: <br /> many types of salmon and trout,and others.Critical areas including streams,stream buffers,and <br /> other sensitive habitat areas. <br /> b. List any threatened and endangered species known to be on or near the site.ftlo <br /> The Annual Docket Process is a general legislative action applicable in all areas of Kittitas County <br /> as is the Kittitas County Code.None of the proposed amendments are proposing any specific <br /> activity that will at any specific site.
