16.12.260 Revisions of preUminary subdivisions. <br /> A. A re uest to revise a plat_ short plat or bindin, site plan that has received preliminary <br /> approval shall be submitted to the department. <br /> B. For the u ose of this section. a substantial chan a includes.but is not limited to: <br /> 1. The creation of additional lots• <br /> 2. The reduction or elimination of open s ace: <br /> 3.
