9. No new cemeteries. Existing cemeteries may expand or enlarge within established <br /> cemetery boundaries as of the date of amendment adoption,and in compliance with <br /> applicable standards and regulations. <br /> 10. Feed yards, livestock sales yards or slaughterhouses; <br /> k. Smelting, reduction or refining of metallic ores; <br /> I. Tanneries; <br /> m. Wineries; <br /> n. Manufacturing of industrial or household adhesives,glues,cements,or <br /> component parts thereof,from vegetable,animal or synthetic plastic <br /> materials; <br /> o. Waste(refuse)recycling and processing; <br /> p. On-site and off-site hazardous waste storage and/or treatment.Off-site <br /> materials shall be accepted only from Kittitas County source sites. <br /> In considering the issuance of conditional use permits for the foregoing listed uses,the <br /> Board shall: <br /> q.
