Docket Item 2024-03 — This item was proposed by KCCDS staff to update its land use <br /> and zoning maps to reflect approved annexations that have been passed by the City of <br /> Ellensburg in 2024. <br /> • On September 1 Oth, 2024,the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing to <br /> consider Docket Item 2024-03 for the 2024 Annual Amendment to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan and unanimously recommended approval (4-0) to accept the <br /> City of Ellensburg's approved annexations and update the zoning maps <br /> accordingly with eight(8) findings of fact. <br /> 4.
