DIRECTOR BALA stated that theSEPA Determination of <br /> Non-Significance was completed and has been provided tonight. <br /> Docket Item 2024-01 - Annual Comprehensive Plan Application <br /> Docket Deadline Date Changed from June 30th to March 30th of ever <br /> year. This item was proposed by CDS staff. CDS DIRECTOR CHAR y <br /> BAT.A presented. A comparison table of other jurisdiction's <br /> annual docket application submittal dates was provided. This <br /> would allow for more time for processing the annual docket, <br /> issue state notices, issue SEPA, and schedulin <br /> requirements.
