Chapter 17.08 <br /> DEFINITIONS* <br /> 17.08.480 School,public or private. <br /> 17.08.485 Shooting range. <br /> 17.08.486 Short-Term Rental <br /> 17.08.480 School, public or private. <br /> "Public or private school" means an institution which offers instruction and study required to be <br /> taught in the public schools of the state of Washington.Trade schools are specifically excluded from <br /> this definition.%'0f6_2013- 07, 2013;Res.83-1Q 1983) <br /> 17.08.485 Shooting range. <br /> "Shooting range" means an area or facility designated or operated for archery(including crossbows), <br /> and/or the discharging and operation of lawfully possessed,lawful firearms,as defined in RCW <br /> Cha. ter 9.41•with the exception of: <br /> 1. Any law enforcement or military shooting range;or <br /> 2.
