Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan, Transportation and Capital Facilities Elements include detailed <br /> assessments of transportation infrastructure needs. Washington State Department of <br /> Transportation conducts independent planning for state highways in Kittitas County. Asa non- <br /> project action this proposal would not require any new improvements to existing roads,street, <br /> pedestrian,bicycle,or state transportation facilities;however the new road standards would apply <br /> to future developments. <br /> e. Most County roads <br /> maintain acceptable levels of service through the planning period,supported by expanded transit <br /> services and trail networks.State highway expansion projects are planned by Washington State <br /> Department of Transportation independently. <br /> g.Will the proposal interfere with,affect or be affected by the movement of agricultural and forest products <br /> on roads or streets in the area?
