WAC 173-62 establishes noise <br /> standards for new motor vehicles and operation of motor vehicles on State Highways. <br /> Kittitas County has established a specific zoning designation for airport industrial areas that <br /> are designed to reduce and control noise with building setbacks,noise separation buffers,and <br /> landscaping. <br /> 8.
