Planning Commission finds that a sepa threshold determination of non-significance <br /> (DNS)was issued with comments submitted regarding Docket 2024-07. <br /> 5. The Planning Commission finds that KCCDS staff has had phone discussions with <br /> the City of Kittitas who is in support of the withdraw of this request anticipates this <br /> inconsistency will be addressed during the City of Kittitas's periodic update. <br /> 7. The Planning Commission finds there was no public testimony in opposition to the <br /> withdraw of this docketed item 2024-07. <br />
