09/30/2024 MINUTES 2 <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency for 10 minutes, with Josh Fredrickson and <br />Chris Horner. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:18 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 9:18 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency for 5 minutes, with Josh Fredrickson and <br />Chris Horner. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:23 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION COUNTY FACEBOOK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of September 30, 2024, they <br />would post the following on their Facebook page: Snoqualmie Pass <br />Comprehensive Safety Action Plan soliciting feedback; Upper County <br />Office Hours for the Treasurer’s Office for Tax Payments, and the <br />Transfer Station Groundbreaking. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year. The assignments for 2024 <br />were determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin <br />meeting earlier on and they will continue to provide updates at <br />future meetings. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br />
