c.lf the undersigned fails to complete the above requirements, total <br />amount of Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Owner. <br />6. CONTRACT TIME: <br />A.Work shall be substantially complete and ready for Owner's use within <br />450 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. <br />Liquidated Damages. Should the Contractor fail to complete the Work <br />within the ContractTime, as revised by approved extensions, the Owner <br />shall reserve the right to assess the Contractor liquidated damages in <br />the sum of five hundred dollars ($SOO1 per calendar day or as modified <br />in the Contract until such time as the Work is substantially complete. <br />See Section 8,24 of lhe Supplementary General Conditions for <br />additional requirements for Liquidated Damages. <br />7.
