The Contractor shall provide proof of insurance for: <br />ffi Commercial General Liabilitv lnsurance <br />Coverage limits not less than: <br />Kittitas County - Lower Valley <br />Transfer Station <br />o $5,000,000 per occurrence <br />o $1,000,000 products & completed operations aggregate <br />o $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury, each offense <br />o Certificate Holder - Kittitas County <br />o The Certificate must name the County as additional insured <br />o Sixty (60) days written notice to the County of cancellation of the insurance policy <br />ffi Commercial Automobile Liabilitv lnsurance (if ANY use of vehicle in performance) <br />Automobile Liability for owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles (MCS 90 <br />endorsement and a CA 9946 endorsement must be attached if 'pollutonts' ore to be <br />transported) <br />r Coverage limits not less than: <br />o $1,000,000 combined single limit <br />' Thirty (30) days written notice to the County of cancellation of the insurance policy. <br />Workers'moensation <br />Workers' Compensation in amounts required by law <br />X Stop Gap/Emplovers Liabilitv <br />Coverage limits not less than: <br />o $L,000,000 each accident <br />o $1,000,000 disease - policy limit <br />o $1,000,000 disease - each employee <br />r ThirtV (30) days written notice to the County of <br />cancellation of the insurance policy. <br />X Professional Liabilitv <br />The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor and/or its consultant providing <br />professional services shall provide evidence of Professional Liability lnsurance <br />covering professional errors and omissions.
