The entire household <br />must be considered for eligibility determination and services. A household does not include friends or <br />family that are providing temporary housing. Refer to Appendix E: Household Eligibility Requirements. <br />A household's primary nighttime residence, where they sleep the majority of the time, is used for <br />determining eligibilitY. <br />A household's current nighttime residence, where they slept last night, is used for determining HMIS <br />project entry. <br />Eligible households for homelessness assistance must meet both housing status and income <br />requirements as detailed in the following sections. <br />3.2.L CHG Standard <br />Housing Status <br />Homeless <br />lncome* <br />At or below 80% <br />area median incomeAND <br />*Household income must not exceed 80 percent of area median income.
