, <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />COMPASS <br />This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") <br />and CompasJlhereinafter "Contractor"). The County and Contractor agree as follows: <br />General Conditions; Exhibit A (Scope of Work); Exhibit B (Compensation); <br />Exhibit C (Proof of lnsurance); Exhibit D (Program Agreement between DSHS <br />and county for DDA services); Exhibit E (DSHS/DRWAgreement) <br />copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if <br />set forth herein. <br />The term of this Agreement shall commence on July 1,2024 and continue to June <br />ZO,2O2S.
