FUEL ESCALATION: <br />If the weekly fuel cost West Coast less California — US On -Highway Diesel Fuel Prices- published at <br />httv://www.eia.goy/petroleum/gasdiesel/ increases or decreases 20% or more, the County and the <br />Vendor may renegotiate unit bid prices. The base fuel cost is the nearest weekly fuel cost for the <br />Monday occurring three weeks prior to the date that bids are opened, and this base cost is fixed for <br />the duration of the contract.
