Do not click <br />links, open attachments, fulfill requests, or follow guidance unless you recognize the sender <br />and have verified the content is safe. <br />This is in response to the 30-day comment period regarding the Ranch on Swauk <br />Creek Development Agreement — DV-24-00001 <br />Backaround <br />Gail Weyand received the development agreement on 1/25/2024. <br />Exhibit A from 2006 <br />Exhibit B, dated 4/18/2017 <br />Exhibit C (master Plan) dated 7/21/2016 <br />Exhibit D, dated 9/8/2006 <br />Concern - Land Use - Title 12 Road Standards <br />Fir Tree Dr. is in the transportation section. The master plan shows that access from <br />Fir Tree will be required for eight lots and the RV Campground & Events Center. <br />Kittitas County Title 12, Ordinance #2023-10 has updated road standards for new <br />development. Fir Tree is a private road maintained by the Lauderdale Ridge <br />Homeowners Association. Our County Road Certificate is listed in the county records <br />and is attached. <br />Access to the RV Campground and Event Center Road Standards will not meet these <br />requirements under Title 12, Roadway, Bridges, and Stormwater development <br />standards.
