<br />County Planning Commission on September 26, 2006 for the pwpose of considering a zone orange
<br />consisting of approximately 4.87.43 acres from Forest and Range-20, Agriculture-5 and Agriculture-3 to
<br />Planned Unit Development (PUD), and a preliminary plat known as Phase #1 Division I of the Planned
<br />Unit Development and described as follows:
