RESOLUTION NO.J0A4-t57 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KITTITAS COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, iN thE MAttET of initiating a county road project designated as: GRP NO: 321-24 JOB NO: RC 2300 The project will include of the replacement of the existing pavement to repair failing pavement sections, widening the travel lanes to 12-foot lanes with 2-foot shoulders, and addressing roadside safety elements including the addition of guardrail and removal of hazards in the clear zone from milepost 0.00 to 3.58. ARTERIAL ACCESS This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070). lT lS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County Engineers estimate, is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown: ron Curtis, P.E County Engineer THIS PROJECT IS INCLUDED IN THE OFFICIALLY ADOPTED 2023 ANNUAL ROAD PROGRAM AS ITEM NO.
