H. Revisions or modifications to approved plans shall be submitted for approval prior to <br /> construction.The applicant shall make specific arrangements with the County Engineer to <br /> review such changes. Revisions shall be stamped and signed bythe developer's engineer. <br /> Proposed revisions shall be indicated on a copy of the original approved construction plans <br /> that includes the County Engineer's signature.The proposed revision shall be clearly shown <br /> by strikeout of text,cross-out of items,and/or clouding as appropriate,and by posting the <br /> drawing revision block.If the proposed revisions are to the satisfaction of the County <br /> f Engineer,the revised mytarset of plans will be signed and returned to the developer's <br /> engineer. <br /> I. Plans will be reviewed by the County according to the date they were submitted.Previously <br /> reviewed or approved plans submitted to the County for a revision will be considered a new <br /> submittal.Approved plans under construction will be considered a resubmittal and will be <br /> reviewed prior to new submittals. <br /> J. In place of submitting paper copies of plans and documents as outlined in paragraphs A-F <br /> above,electronic submittals are acceptable.Engineering,land surveying documents must <br /> meet the applicable requirements of RCW 18.43 and WAC 196-23. <br /> a. Electronic submittals shall be in Portable Document Format(PDF) <br /> b. Layers shall be flattened prior to submittal <br /> c. Orient all sheets so the top of the page is always at the top of the display screen <br /> d. Scanned documents must be legible and a minimum of 150 dpi. <br /> e. All sheets must be numbered and labeled <br /> f. Each submittal document shall be a separate file <br /> Boundary Line Adjustments are to be reviewed by Public Works in accordance with Kittitas County <br /> Code Chapter 16.04. <br />
