KITTITAS COUNTY — LOWER VALLEY TRANSFER STATION <br />ADDENDUM NO.4 <br />JULY 29, 2024 <br />The above -referenced Contract Documents shall be amended as indicated in detail below. One signed <br />copy of the Certification page shall be included with the bid. The inclusion of this Addendum will be <br />noted in the Agreement, and the execution of the Contract shall indicate full acceptance by all parties of <br />the provisions contained herein. All other provisions of the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract <br />Documents not noted in the Addendum shall remain unchanged and in full effect. Contractor must use <br />Schedule <br />Addendum No 4 Bid Schedule with its bid. <br />Four(4) Bid quantities revised. <br />Bid Item 5 — Clear and Grub — increased bid quantity to 30 <br />acres. <br />Bid Item 8 — Geotextiles- Increased Bid Qty to 55,400 SY. <br />Bid Item No. 17 — Site Fencing - 6' High Chainlink- <br />increased bid quantity to 3,975 LF. <br />Bid Item No. 18 — Site Fencing — Gates- reduced bid <br />quantity to: 8 ea. <br />Gates shall be installed at the following locations: <br />Four (4) —10' Wide Gates at main entrance. <br />Two (2) — 10' Wide Gates along Hwy 97 at temporary <br />construction entrance <br />Two (2) —12' Wide gates at Northwest corner of site. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
