08/06/2024 MINUTES 6 <br /> <br /> BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS – NONE MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 10:20 a.m. Chairman Brett Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes with Stephanie Hartung, Chief <br />Civil Deputy Prosecutor and Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager, To discuss <br />with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the <br />agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency, and anticipated action. <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
