A <br />hangar tenant may also lease an aircraft provided the hangar tenant is <br />the insured party and provides lease documentation to the County. <br />1.3 Adequate insurance coverage must be provided to the Public Works <br />Office at the time of occupancy, and a renewal certificate must <br />be provided on an annual basis. <br />I.4 Hangar tenants must provide emergency contact information, along <br />with aircraft registration information on an annual basis andlor when <br />requested. <br />Hangar tenants must accompany the Kittitas County Fire Marshal <br />during their annual fire inspection of the hangar facility. <br />1.5 <br />I.6 During the annual fire inspection, Airport management staff will <br />record all aircraft registration numbers stored in each County-owned <br />hangar to verify that aircraft stored in each hangar are registered to the <br />individual(s) leasing each hangar. <br />Policies: <br />2. T-Hangar Wait List <br />Purpose: <br />o The hangar wait list policy is to provide a simple and fair process for <br />aircraft owners to be placed on a wait list for County owned T- <br />Hangars at Kittitas County Regional Airport, Bowers Field. <br />o Due to the limited availability of T-Hangars coupled with demand <br />often being greater than availability, only those on the wait list will be <br />considered for a T-hangar lease. <br />Applicability: <br />o Kittitas County, as the airport sponsor of Bowers Field, has adopted <br />this policy to provide guidance for a wait list of County owned T- <br />Hangars at Bowers Field. <br />411 N.
