KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />2024 STUDY STAFF REPORT <br />STUDY SESSION DATE: July 22°d, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Review and Finalize the 2024 Annual <br />Comprehensive Plan Docket list <br />BACKGROUND: The Annual Comprehensive Plan Docket applications are <br />required to be submitted every year by June 30d' with <br />review, consideration, and decision by December of every <br />year. <br />INTERACTION: CDS. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend CDS staff to continue to move forward in <br />processing the 2024 Annual Comprehensive Plan Docket <br />list as is or with changes through the annual comprehensive <br />plan process. <br />HANDLING: None. <br />ATTACHMENTS: None. <br />LEAD STAFF: Chad Bala, Director. <br />
