CONTRACT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this /G day of li 1-7 e 202S between the Kittitas County, a municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, and /-furs { 111�011 s r-U L.," 1C , Hereinafter called the Contractor; WITNESSESTH: That in consideration of the payments, covenants, and agreements hereinafter mentioned and attached and made a part of this agreement to be made and performed by the parties hereto, the parties hereto covenant and agree as follows: 1. The contractor shall do all work and furnish all tools, materials, and equipment for the Correctional Facility Parking Lot & The North Parking Lot Charging Station Project, for the unit prices and lump sums set forth in the attached bid proposal, in accordance with and as described in the attached plans and specifications and in full compliance with the terms, conditions, and stipulations herein set forth and attached, now referred to and by such reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof as fully for all purposes as if set forth at length, and shall perform any alterations in, or additions to, the work covered by this contract and every part thereof and any force account work which may be ordered as provided in this contract and every part thereof. The Contractor shall provide and be at the expense of all materials, labor, carriage, tools, implements and conveniences, and things of every description that may be requisite for the transfer of materials and for construction and completing the work provided for in this contract and every part thereof, except such as mentioned in the specifications to be furnished by the Kittitas County. 2. The Kittitas County hereby promises and agrees with the Contractor to employ, and does employ the Contractor to provide the materials and to do and cause to be done the above described work and to complete and finish the same according to the attached plans and specifications and the terms and conditions herein contained, and hereby contracts to pay for the same according to the attached specifications and the schedule of unit or itemized prices hereto attached, at the time and in the manner and upon the conditions provided for in this contract and every part thereof. The Kittitas County further agrees to employ, and does employ the Contractor to perform any alterations or additions to the work covered by this contract and every part thereof and any force account work that may be ordered and to pay for the same under the terms of this contract and the attached plans and specifications. 3. The Contractor for himself, and for his heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, does hereby agree to the full performance of all the covenants herein contained upon the part of the Contractor. 4. It is further provided that no liability shall attach to the Kittitas County by reason of entering into this contract, except as expressly provided for herein.
