Parametrik <br />Activities <br />Scope of Work <br />Preparation and execution of a site -specific work plan for the sampling of landfill gas generated by <br />the LPL. This will include work plan development by Parametrix staff as well as correspondence with <br />Ecology to address comments prior to execution of the work plan. Execution of the sampling will be <br />performed by Parametrix with laboratory analysis of the samples performed by a third -party <br />laboratory. <br />Deliverables <br />• One draft and one final sampling work plan. <br />• Laboratory reports of gas sampling <br />Assumptions <br />• Work plan will require one instance of comments and review by Department of Ecology. <br />• Execution of work plan will occur within one 10-hour workday plus travel. <br />• Parametrix staff will execute the field work <br />• Additional analysis and modification to the NOC application will be completed under the <br />existing Task 7 scope and budget. <br />Activities <br />• Provide input regarding processes for mixing suitable borrow soils for use in the Phase 1 <br />Closure <br />• Review available information regarding borrow soils to be available from construction at the <br />new Kittitas Transfer Station. <br />• Perform one site visit to the Kittitas Transfer Station and Ryegrass LPL for observation of the <br />proposed borrow materials <br />• Estimate approximate volumes of soils in the stockpiles present at the Kittitas Transfer <br />Station on the day of the site visit <br />• Prepare a report presenting a summary of observations, estimated volumes and <br />considerations for processing of soils to be used in the Phase 1 Closure. <br />Deliverables <br />• Technical memorandum or letter presenting a summary of observations, estimated volumes, <br />and considerations for processing of soils to be used in the Phase 1 Closure <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste 553-1763-010 <br />Ryegrass LPL and Future Uses 7 June 2024 <br />Amendment 02 <br />
