ADDITIONAL SPACE FOR DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATION (add additional pages as needed): <br />This modification adds funds in the amount of $28,776.00 to the CY24 operating funds. These fiends may be <br />utilized on patrols, and as needed on approved "Special Enforcement Situations" such as fire incidences. All remaining funds from <br />prior years have been carried forward and remain available to spend throughout the term of the Cooperative Law Enforcement <br />Agreement, or until de -obligated at the request of the U.S. Forest Service. All funds must be spent in accordance with the original <br />Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement, its most recent Operating and Financial Plan, and the most recent U.S. Forest Service <br />Fire Emergency Language & Billing Protocol (Addendum A). <br />10.
