In consideration for satisfactory performance of these Services as outlined in Exhibit A, <br />Manager agrees to pay Contractor 173,000 in twelve (12) quarterly payments of $10,250 <br />each between September 1st, 2022 and May 31st, 2024 and puarteriy payments of <br />$22,250 between June 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025 based upon the completion of <br />deliverables and satisfactory progress on the work plan. Payments will be remitted <br />following receipt of an invoice for services along with supporting back up documentation <br />of expenditures.
