NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Board accepts the terms of the 2024 Settlement Agreement (Attachment <br />A), including the terms of Exhibits A through X. <br />2. The Board authorizes the Chair of the Board to execute: (1) Attachment B: <br />Subdivision Participation and Release Form; (2) Attachment C: Washington <br />State Allocation Agreement Governing the Allocation of Opioid Settlement <br />Funds paid by Kroger; and (3) any other documents that may be reasonably <br />necessary or appropriate to implement this resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK OF THE BOARD <br />Julie A.
