<br />If the Board accepts the terms of the 2024 Settlement <br />Agreement (Attachment A), including the terms of Exhibits <br />A through X, it is requested that the Board authorize the <br /> Chair of the Board to execute for submission to the <br />Settlement Fund Administrator (1) Attachment B: the <br />Subdivision Participation and Release Form and (2) <br />Attachment C: Washington State Allocation Agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s Office is/has been working with outside <br />counsel Keller-Rohrback throughout this litigation and <br />settlement process. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to Authorize the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners to Execute the Allocation <br />Agreement and the Subdivision Settlement Participation <br />Form on behalf of the citizens of Kittitas County <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: A.
