Contract Purpose -- <br />Local Document Recording Fees Support funds are for maintaining program and investments under local homeless <br />housing plans and affordable housing under RCW 36.22.178. <br />Kittitas County will pass through state fiscal year 2025 Supplemental Consolidated Homeless Grant funding to <br />HopeSource for service delivery in both Adams and Kittitas County. <br />COMMERCE, defined as the Department of Commerce, and the Contractor, as defined above, acknowledge and accept the <br />terms of this Contract and Attachments and have executed this Contract on the date below and warrant they are authorized <br />to bind their respective agencies.
