SFY25 Local Document Recording Fee Support funds are for maintaining programs and <br />investments under local homeless housing plans and affordable housing under RCW <br />36.22.178. Allowable uses for these funds are for any allowable Consolidated Homeless Grant <br />activity and any allowable activity pursuant to uses of local document recording fees. <br />B. Contractor will pass through SFY25 Supplemental Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) <br />funds to HopeSource to fund homelessness crisis response systems and to assist people who <br />are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness to obtain or maintain housing in both Adams <br />County and Kittitas County. Contractor may retain up to 10% of contract award for administrative <br />activities. <br />Page 12 of 13 <br />
