1. Make inspections and surveys at anytime; and <br />2. Give you reports on the conditions we find; and <br />3, Recommend changes. <br />Any inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations relate only to insurability and the premiums to be charged. We <br />do not make safety inspections. We do not undertake to perform the duty of any person or organization to provide <br />for the health or safety of workers or the public. We do not warrant that conditions: <br />1. Are safe or healthful; or <br />2. Comply with laws, regulations, codes or standards. <br />This condition applies not only to us, but also to any rating, advisory, rate service, engineering firm or similar <br />organization which makes insurance inspections, surveys, reports or recommendations. <br />E. NAMED INSURED AS AGENT <br />The named insured specified in the Declarations shall be deemed agent of each insured with respect to all matters <br />involving this Policy, however, the Company shall have the right to seek indemnification from any insured or any other <br />person who may be legally liable for the debts of the named insured. <br />F. PREMIUMS <br />The first Named Insured shown in the Declarations: <br />1. Is responsible for the payment of all premiums; and <br />2. Will be the payee for any return premiums we pay; and <br />3. Is responsible for the payment of all deductibles amounts under this Policy. <br />G. ADDITIONAL PREMIUMS <br />If, during this policy period, an increase in the risk or hazards covered hereunder occurs, the Company shall have the <br />right to charge the appropriate additional premium. <br />H. TRANSFER OF YOUR RIGHTS AND DUTIES UNDER THIS POLICY <br />Your rights and duties under this policy may not be transferred without our written consent except in the case of <br />death of an individual named insured. If you die, your rights and duties will be transferred to your legal <br />representative but only while acting within the scope of duties as your legal representative. Until your legal <br />representative is appointed, anyone having proper temporary custody of your property will have your rights and <br />duties but only with respect to that property. <br />I. BANKRUPTCY <br />Subject to the satisfaction of any applicable deductible, bankruptcy or insolvency of the insured or of the insured's <br />estate will not relieve the Company of its obligations under this Coverage Part. <br />J. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SHARED LIMITS <br />By acceptance of this policy the named insured and all other insureds understand and acknowledge that <br />this policy contains a Policy Occurrence and Aggregate Limit as set forth in the Declarations that is <br />applicable to and will be shared by all named insureds and all other insureds who are or may become <br />insured hereunder. In view of the operation and nature of such shared Policy Aggregate Limit, the named <br />insured and all other insureds understand and agree that prior to filing a claim or giving notice of an <br />occurrence of pollution or other covered liability, or incurring clean-up casts under this policy, the Policy <br />Aggregate Limit may be exhausted or reduced by prior payments for other under the policy. <br />Page 2 1 SSS AREC IL 004 02 21 <br />
