EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide the <br />following to the Contractor: $71,776.97, which includes all materials, services, labor, <br />permits, fees, and tax as shown in Attachment A. <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be approved <br />in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 <br />
