EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Pursuant to any and all state legal requirements and regulations, the Contractor will <br />perform the work listed and shown in Attachment A, which will include, but may not be <br />limited to the following project requirements stated in the RFB emailed on April 19, <br />2024: <br />"The project will include painting an identical color to the exterior of the grandstands, <br />which includes two ends and one long side. Painting will be done around a multitude of <br />signage, doorways, and windows. There are also some rotting boards along the bottom <br />of the building that will need to be replaced before the new paint is applied." <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director. Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including, but not limited to, costly repairs or connection services, are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
