There are no driveways,until you 2 <br /> get to the City Limits. <br /> The section of road has(0)driveway approaches per mile. The <br /> Driveway Density 1_10 section is rural and has very low density for a rural area,until you 2 <br /> (Urban/Rural) get to the City Limits. <br /> Pavement Conditions& The 32' section of road is in very good condition and has paved <br /> Paved Shoulders 1-10 shoulders. This makes it easy to go fast with this comfortable 9 <br /> section. <br /> The 25-MPH speed limit sign,just North of 9-SE,was not placed <br /> Crash History& 1-10 by the County and is currently not enforceable under County Code. 9 <br /> Regulated Speed Comments The County Code regulated speed is 55-MPH to the City Limits. <br /> Road Classification FCC 07 Major Collector with T3 Heavy Truck Classification. <br /> (Arterial/Collector/Truck 1-10 Slowing truck traffic along this route may cause trucks to take 3 <br /> local access roads instead of this designated T3 Truck Route. <br /> Route) This route is essential to AG Commerce. <br /> The 85%speed is 58-MPH,which is exactly what should be on a 55- <br /> Traffic Volumes MPH road. We do not have a speeding problem for this section <br /> Characteristics(85%speeds 1-10 of County Road. It should be noted that these speeds were taken 7 <br /> &Truck/Car Ratios) South of the non-enforceable 25-MPH sign,where the regulated <br /> speed is 55-MPH. <br /> The applicant will need to provide an updated list of petitioners <br /> Community Support 1-10 showing the level of Community Support to lower the speed along 3 <br /> this section of road. <br /> County Staff has conducted a field review of the petitioned section <br /> Onsite Staff Evaluation 1-20 of road. The 25-MPH speed limit sign,just North of 9-SE,was not 18 <br /> placed by the County and is not enforceable by Code. Consider an <br /> ordinance to add this section as a 35-MPH zone. <br /> Reduce the regulated speed from 55-MPH to 35-MPH,along Road U-SE,from 9-SE to the <br /> Engineer Recommendation City Limits,to support the designated T3 Truck Route.
