Dept. of Public Works <br />Page 3 <br />Authority: <br />o Kittitas County is the airport sponsor of Bowers Field with <br />responsibility to lease County owned T-Hangars. <br />Effective Date: <br />o Effective date of this policy is the date the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted by resolution. <br />Policy: <br />2.1 Applications will be submitted, and hangars assigned by the County in <br />the order in which a completed application was received, and in line <br />with these policies. <br />2.2 The Public Works Office will maintain the official T-Hangar wait <br />list. <br />2.3 The County does not guarantee that an applicant will be approved to <br />rent a County -owned T-Hangar unit. <br />2.4 A one-time, non-refundable Processing and Administrative fee of one <br />hundred dollars ($100) will be collected by the Public Works Office, <br />from applicant placing their names on the hangar wait list. The one- <br />time, non-refundable fee will not be applied to any rents at Bowers <br />Field. <br />2.5 Individuals on the hangar wait list will provide the Public Works <br />Office with an application with their current contact information as <br />needed. Individuals are responsible for updating their contact <br />information with the Public Works Office in the event of any changes. <br />2.6 Individuals will only be removed from the hangar wait list when <br />they receive approval to rent a hangar, or when the Public Works <br />Office receives a written request to be removed from that individual <br />(will also be verbally verified). <br />411 N.
