T-Hangar Leasing <br />Purpose: <br />Hangars owned by Kittitas County at Kittitas County Regional <br />Airport — Bowers Field are to support aviation purposes and use of the <br />airport. <br />Applicability: <br />o Kittitas County, as the airport sponsor of Bowers Field, has adopted <br />this policy to provide guidance to leasing of County owned T-Hangars <br />at Bowers Field. <br />Authority: <br />o Kittitas County is the airport sponsor of Bowers Field with <br />responsibility to lease County owned T-Hangars. <br />Effective Date: <br />o Effective date of this policy is the date the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted by resolution. <br />Policy: <br />1.1 Subletting is not allowed, including transfer of aircraft ownership due <br />to the sale of the hangared aircraft. <br />1.2 The hangar tenant, whose name appears on the signed Hangar Permit <br />411 N.
