This proposal letter is based on your request. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />AEU proposes to install two new CCTV c€rmeras at the courthouse. This proposal is <br />based on AEU system evaluation and information furnished by you. <br />INCLUSIOilS <br />1. Extertor Camera; <br />a. Install one new bullet camera on Southwest side of building near <br />where other two cameras are presently installed, facing ballet box. <br />2. Interior Camera: <br />a. Install one new mini dome carnera mounted to ceiling in basement. <br />3. Atl Cameras: <br />a. Furnished with IP addresses set and identiffing labels attached. <br />b. Add-on licenses and software protection plan included. <br />c. Aimed and focused. <br />d. Patch cable included. <br />4. Cabling: <br />a. New CAT 6 cable installed from each camera to existing patch <br />panel, terminate and tested on existing patch panel. <br />b. All electrical work shall be in accordance with the State, Local and <br />NEC requirements. <br />PREREQTIISITES <br />Owner or buyer agrees to furnish:r IP addresses for new cameras. <br />CLIIRIFICATIOIVSo Owner or buyer provides carnera integration to CCTV systemo Nothing is included which is not specified in this proposal.
