EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Proposal: To install two new CCTV cameras at the courthouse. <br />Scope of Work: AEU proposes to install two new CCTV cameras at the courthouse. <br />This proposal is based on AEU system evaluation and information furnished by you. <br />Inclusions: <br />1. Exterior Camera: <br />a. Install one new bullet camera on southwest side of building near where <br />other two cameras are presently installed, facing ballot box. <br />2. Interior Camera: <br />a. Install one new mini dome camera mounted to ceiling in basement. <br />3. All Cameras: <br />a. Furnished with IP addresses set and identifying labels attached. <br />b. Add -on licenses and software protection plan included. <br />c. Aimed and focused. <br />d. Patch cable included. <br />4. Cabling: <br />a. New CAT 6 cable installed from each camera to existing patch panel, <br />terminate and tested on existing patch panel. <br />b. All electrical work shall be in accordance with the State, Local and NEC <br />requirements. <br />Prerequisites <br />Owner or buyer agrees to furnish: <br />• IP addresses for new cameras. <br />Clarifications <br />• Owner or buyer provides camera integration to CCTV system. <br />• Nothing is included which is not specified in this proposal. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
