06/20/2024 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />At 10:21 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There was <br />no action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:21 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session with Patti Stacey, Facilities Director and <br />Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor, for 5 minutes, under <br />RCW 42.30.110(c) to consider the minimum price at which real estate will <br />be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, <br />final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a <br />meeting open to the public. Possible action following the Executive <br />Session. <br /> <br />At 10:26 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There was <br />not action taken.
