CDS Director Chad Bala stated CDS has signed with the Kimley- <br />Horn Consultants. With regards to the periodic update, Commerce <br />is providing a series of workshops that Director Bala will be <br />attending. A draft scope of work outline with cost estimate was <br />provided at the meeting. CDS will be working on a grant <br />application which will require a letter from the BoCC. <br />CDS received the BHC Consultants signed Professional Service <br />Agreement and there is a scheduled meeting tomorrow to work on <br />scope of work for Easton sub -area plan. <br />Director Bala also stated CDS received OFM numbers and the BoCC <br />directed staff to provide those numbers to them. <br />OTHER BUSINESS - No Action to be taken <br />Commissioner Wright requested an executive session for 5 <br />minutes. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION-RCW: 42.30.110(g): To evaluate the <br />qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to <br />review the performance of a public employee. <br />At 1:50 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced they would recess into <br />Executive Session for 5 minutes with per RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) To <br />evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public <br />employment or to review the performance of a public employee. <br />At 1:55 p.m. the Board of County Commissioners reconvened out of <br />Executive Session.
