23 KITTITAS COUNTY WAIVER. No assent, express or implied, by the Lessor to any breach of any of Lessee's covenants, agreernents, conditions or terms hereof shall be deemed or taken to be a waiver of any succeeding breach of any covenant, agreement, condition or term hereof. The subsequent acceptance of Rent by Lessor shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding default by Lessee of any term, covenant, mndition or term of this Lease, other ihan the iailure of Lessee to pay the particular Rent so accepted, regardless of Lessor's knowtedge of such preceding default at the time of the acceptance of such rent, VENUE AND CHOICE OF lAW. This Lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of @eventofanylitigationbetweenLessorandLesseearisingoutof this Lea1e, the venue for such action shall lie in Kittitas County, notwithstanding any contrary provision of the Revised Code of Washington. 25 GENERAL PROVISIONS. a. Quiet Possesslon.
